Both our Orthopaedic Surgeons and Hand Therapist are quite happy to see Workcover and TAC patients. However, for Workcover patients you will need to bring along the following: • Employers address and contact name and phone number • Insurance company handling the claim • Claim number and date of injury (if known) TAC patients need to bring: • TAC claim number and date of accident If we do not have enough information to successfully send the account for your consultation to either Workcover or TAC you will be responsible for the payment of the account at the time of consultation. |
